- We work with buyers, sellers, realtors,

necessary documentation to close your transaction.
- We obtain a title search and title examination
and prepare a title commitment specifying all documents required for
closing.
- We clear title problems and attempt to obtain
corrective documentation to correct title defects.
- We close the transaction (by obtaining all the
necessary signatures, notarizing the signed documents, collecting all moneys
due and disbursing collected funds to the proper parties)
- We follow up after the closing by obtaining
satisfactions of mortgages, judgments and liens.
- We record all documents with
appropriate city, county, state and federal agencies.
- We issue the final title policies to protect
the new home owner and mortgage lender.
- We assist as an approved closing agent for
exchanges of properties under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code.
